1. Shipping carriers

We ship with DHL and Hermes. The exact carrier for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.

2. Delivery areas

We deliver within Germany and to all countries of the European Union (EU).

3. Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany costs €5.99. Shipping costs for EU countries depend on the destination and are shown during checkout. Shipping is free from an order value of €100.00.

4. Delivery times

Germany: 3-5 business days with standard shipping, 1-2 business days with express shipping. EU countries: 5-10 business days with standard shipping, 2-4 business days with express shipping.

5. Order processing

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

6. Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

7. Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct.

8. Damaged or incorrect deliveries
